Basil David Anthony popularly known as the CEO ExtraOrdinaire (CEOExtraO) is a Ghanaian-British seasoned entrepreneur & philanthropist born in Accra, Ghana on 24th November 1985 to a Cypriot-British Father and a Ghanaian mother.

He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Founder of MODERN FLOORS®️ (Ghana, UAE, UK, & USA) , (Ghana) & Silky IT Production (Ghana).

He is a respectable youthful public figure who possesses versatile experience, expertise and mass appeal in various business sectors including Flooring, General Trading, Import & Export, Global Sourcing, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Entertainment, Travel & Event Ticketing, etc.

With over 15 active years in the business front in 4 continents, He serves as an inspiration and motivation for all ages across the sectors and countries where his businesses operate and beyond.

MODERN FLOORS®️ in December 2022 launched its first Location outside the shores of Ghana in Middle East, Asia. The new location s strategically situated within the busiest building construction material and home decor hub in the United Arab Emirates luxurious commercial city of Dubai.

He started MODERN FLOORS®️ in 2017 at his home in Batsonaa, Spintex Road, Ghana and from March 2021 to April 2022 within a 13 month period had opened 4 showrooms for the flooring brand across the capital city of Accra, Ghana



On Easter Monday, 10th April 2023, Basil David Anthony and his team from MODERN FLOORS®️ fed and refreshed over 200 children in the Tema-Ashaiman community of Ghana to mark the one-year anniversary of their 4th Showroom in Ghana, located at the Tema-Ashaiman Toll Booth.



In 2019 Reporter Elaine Wangalwa Interviewed him on reasons why Dubai has become a favorite tourism destination for many Africans.

On the 4th November 2018 he was honored at the Ghana Naija Showbiz Awards held in Lagos,Nigeria for his distinguish and outstanding efforts in the business of I.T, Digital Marketing, Events, Tourism and Entertainment.



On the 24th of December, 2012 he took the streets with the award winning and internationally acknowledged Ghanaian artiste Kwaw Kese to clean the streets of labadi as part of his social responsibility.



On the 4th of October, 2012, Basil David Anthony was the main speaker and addressed a full house of people from various walks of life including Politicians, Law enforcement, etc.. on the topic “Harnessing the Potential of Social Media to Increase Stakeholder Engagement” at the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT.
